Disconnect QuickBooks

Stop Future Imports

1. Sign in and choose the company whose QuickBooks connection you want to stop.
2. Open Onboarding, then Financial Connections.
3. Under QuickBooks, select Disconnect. You need integration-management permission and authenticator verification.
4. Check for the disconnected confirmation. If provider revocation needs review, follow the displayed instructions or contact support.

Open Newbreak

You can also revoke Newbreak's access from the connected-apps area in QuickBooks. Visiting this page alone does not disconnect a company.

Previously Imported Records

Disconnecting stops new imports and revokes the connection. Existing captures, reviewed forecasts and audit history remain until deletion is completed under the Privacy Notice. For a deletion request or help with a failed disconnect, contact Newbreak support.
